      image I would never rent from this store again, not because the products are bad but because for 2 years I rented items and Carmen called me every month and called me the wrong damn name. Even after being corrected EVERY SINGLE TIME. It felt like I meant absolutely nothing as long as I was paying my money on time (which all of my payments were on time) .
