I was charged with my second dwi in August 2020. My initial lawyer (same one as previous dwi) told me that there's not much he can do to get around the dwi. I contacted Levow for a consultation and within 7 minutes he was able to explain this is technically my first dwi since the previous charge was a baby sentence. You do get what you pay for. Levow DWI got my DWI dismissed even though it seemingly looked like the officer did everything right. We did not go to trial but was fairly confident with the expert report about my case that a jury wouldn't side with the state here. I would recommend Evan Levow to anyone who needs help with a DWI/DUI.
