This contractor did not complete the work as requested and did not return my deposit after I requested that it be returned.  When I attempted to send a certified letter to formally notify him to return my funds, my certified letter came back as undeliverable. I would not recommend doing business with this contractor.

Still waiting for a job to get started after 7 months of waiting. Came here in October, gave a price quote and promised the job would be started within two weeks of the estimate. Feeling confident about them, gave them half of the job up front. Many phone calls later and still here we are. They got our money and we do NOT have any concrete poured. Well this is not a recommendation In any way. Avoid them like the plague!

I should have trusted my gut, I did not have a great feeling about him in the first place but he boasted about his ability to successfully complete my job and foolishly I believed him. I was getting water in my basement and Barry was tasked with remedying this problem. From my perspective it seemed like a complex problem for him that needed some process of elimination to fix. I signed a contract and gave him 12k in installments as the job was being finished. This was August of 2021. He did the first part of this job in September of 2021, completed that contract in about a month but didn't fill back in the holes that he dug in the street for ages. I also discovered that the work that he did didn't actually fully stop the leak. He would feed me excuses about how he was busy and keep putting me off. He also installed a sump pump I didn't actually need because the problem was the old pipes that were cracked and broken at the front and back of the house. He would promise to come back and fix the leak "immediately" and then not show up. This went on throughout 2022. I signed a new contract in June 2022 so that he could fix the curb trap and the pipe feeding into the street. There has been a hole in the sidewalk of my house and in my garden since then. He uses various excuses to not come and finish the job, and now he isn't returning my phone calls at all. I'm going to file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I absolutely believe all the other reviews here I can see how he would easilty get defensive and verbally abusive. Do not give these people your business.

Gave deposit in October 2021. Promised all jobs get started withintwo weeks of them giving an estimate. Nothing after a month, they kept giving dates then nothing..three four days later we call him, and every excuse n the book has been tossed at us. Two days before Christmas, another call from Barry telling us the entire crew contacted Covid. Then he promises to call us and set up new date the first week after new year. Againno call. Here we are in april 2022 and still no calls from them, no job getting done. These guys are looking very untrusting and unreliable! I no longer care about getting the job done with these guys and am looking for a new company while getting ready to take care of these guys in legal form. Enough of the waiting and the misrepresentation. No pic to show because they did absolutely nothing.
