        Awful. I got there at 4:35. Waited 10 minutes in line and got to the counter at 4:45 and they said they couldnt help me change my name in the system because they were about to close. Very rude about it

        This guy is a complete fixer. Thank you Ray for solving my problem in a short time. She treated me very well and was friendly. I have been in America for 2 years and I have never met such a humane employee before. Thank you RAY

        This place closes randomly during lunch time. Theres been so many times in the past I was turned away because the teller is on a lunch break. I am furious today. Yesterday I got there little after 12 oclock. They said they are closed till 12:30. So today I got there little early 11:45. Now they are closed till 12. These people dont understand about the people with day job who can only go to bank during lunch time. The service at this back is truly the worst I ever experienced in my whole life. I have business account at TD bank. TD bank never ever close during lunch. They also have longer hours. This bank needs to understand they have competition. Pathetic!!!
