Zero stars at its finest. I lived here from December of 2016 until October of 2023. There has been nothing but problems since I moved in. From leaks, mold, them putting holes in the walls and not replacing rugs or any of these other issues properly. I've had to get rid of several pieces of furniture due to mold. My place was so bad that I never noticed until the water and mold and mushrooms were coming out from under my furniture and when I called the health department that's when I found out the noodle type substance was actually mushrooms. When I moved all my stuff there were so many crickets and spiders everywhere due to the moisture it was sickening. My son and myself had so many health issues I can't even name them all. My neighbors closets were literally crumbling that's how bad their water damage was. They never replaced our outside door(we were on the bottom floor) until about 4 years later. If you worked and had the option to put your money in escrow they fixed nothing at all if you were on welfare they fixed everything because they wouldn't of got their money and the state/county would of had them condemned. Slumlords at its finest. Oh yea than they throw your stuff everywhere making you have to clean there mess and destroying your belongings. All while pregnant.

I have not lived here but so wanted to!! Collen was respectful and professional and had to turn me down twice. You need amazing credit to get into these apartments. If your credit isn't good they shut you down without checking your rental history. You can't blame them truly, many apartments lost thousands if not millions during covid

Leasing office VERY RUDE CANT EVEN GET AIR CONDITIONING REMOTE. THEY THROW THEM IN THE TRASH.....GO FIGURE
