Bought item from Overstock.Com. They keep on changing the delivery dates ( 4 times and possibly counting!!!) Contacted Omni Logistics and ask them why is this happening and they said "Don't believe what the delivery dates reflected on their website and just keep calling them daily if it hasn't been delivered". I was so shocked to hear that - someone from their department telling me NOT TO BELIEVE their website info. This will be last time I am buying from Overstock

Good rate, no lies about pickup and delivery locations and times. What you hear is what you get.
But what amazed me the most is great communication and willingness to help when something goes wrong. EVERYTIME!
The newest example
Due to series of unfortunate events we were two days late for 2 stop delivery on one of their loads.Already thought because we missed our appts , we will be stuck for days.
But no , thanks to Don Peters whose motto is that relationship with carriers matter as much as relationship with customers managed to get us unloaded as soon as we came at both receivers.
We managed to get another load that day because it was so quick.
Also , Stormy, broker who had patience and everytime we asked for new appt she made that happen.
All in all, we are looking forward doing business with these guys in the future
