COMPLETE SCAM. Whatever you do dont use this as a shipping service because you will never receive your package. They said they left it in the front lobby and they showed me a picture of my package at the top of an abandoned staircase that Ive never seen before - definitely wasnt even my building. Ive been on the phone with them for four days in a row and every day they tell me to call back the next day call back the next day, we dont know anything about it, well open an internal investigation, call back the next day. And they say the same thing each time I call. This is the biggest scam and youre just gonna lose all of your packages. And I love how they just keep replying the same little scripted message to each terrible review. I hope you guys go out of business immediately

Literally how are they still in business. Ive come to the conclusion that if you live in an apartment building and your package is being shipped through TForce, you shouldnt expect to receive it. Tracking for my package said it was out for delivery and then later said unable to access, will try again in the next 2 business days. Instead, TForce sent the package back to the WAREHOUSE, and marked it as delivered. I also found it funny that the proof of delivery photo was literally a picture of a stack of packages in a warehouse, because yes I definitely live in a warehouse.Contacted them regarding the issue and they said to reach out to the sender with no accountability. I asked why it was sent back and never received an answer. Absolutely terrible service and needs to go out of business. The reviews are bad for a reason, I dont know why any place uses them as a carrier.

They are the worst, there delivery drivers steals your packages after being delivered.
