Ive called for the past week to see if I can receive my next depo shot. I was told to come The next day to find out by the phone their wont be any nurses or doctors working until next Tuesday!!! & was told to call again for update so I called today and was told on the phone that it wasnt true for the Paulsboro location and that there were nurses available to give me the shot today. So I walked 15 minutes to the location & when I got there I was told that no nurses,OBGYN or Doctors was present!! So I went there for no reason!! Getting told three different things on the phone. It is 93 degrees outside!!!! Hot as hell & i walked with my 7 month old . All for nothing !!! Yea Im pissed & over due for my shot

Very unprofessional and basically a scam , they removed all my mothers teeth before finding out if she had dental coverage to get the dentures . Shes been without teeth for three months now .

Soonest appt was 3 weeks. Have an HMO that covers barley nothing. Needed crowns and was told that they may be able to do the work but if not will be referred. Consult Fee would be $15-$100. Go to the appt and lady says cannot help because I have an HMO. Also if I was to be seen $175. Thanks for wasting my time. Please ask customers what kind of insurance they have before booking appts and be honest about the fee. Rep there could care less.
