I'm pleased to give a review of Tim. He was accommodating with a smile, and in no hurry as is the case of most our people down this way, always in a hurry. It really made an impression, a strong one at that. I trusted his opinions to the few questions I did have for I could tell he knew what he was talking about. He was a pleasure to deal with, and when he left I felt I could sit back feeling I dealt with a true individual I would deal with time and time again. Hang on to him and do what it takes to keep him in your presence. I mean this with the sincerest thoughts. -Lyn

Almstead Tree Care Co. removed a 110' Oak from my backyard yesterday. I have used several other arborists in the past, but will never search again. Almstead was so careful not to hit my porch as other arborists have done in past. The men working on the tree were polite, professional and most of all, experts in their field. Oscar, the arborist, kept me informed of when they would arrive, when the cut logs would be removed and when they would grind the stump. I was happy from start to finish and highly recommend them. Services: Tree stump grinding, Tree trimming & pruning, Tree removal

UPDATE 7-24-23. Unfortunately, I decided to give this Company another chance. BIG MISTAKE!!! After waiting home all day for Ryan to give me an estimate for work to my trees, he called me 30 minutes before the appointment and said, due to my past bad review, it would not be a good idea to do business anymore. Stay FAR AWAY from this Company!!
HORRIBLE !!! I carefully explained to Ryan that I wanted his crew to gently trim the TIPS of a few branches that were hanging down. INSTEAD, his crew butchered my beautiful Red Maple Tree. They cut 15-20 foot branches off the tree which were perfect and would have cut more if i did not come out of the house and stop them. Then they tried to send me a bill for almost destroying my tree !!! Service: Tree trimming & pruning

Second review for this company I would not recommend. They are still asking for payment on a service I never approved. Nor do even have any proof it was done. Very dishonest company!Again not paying for a service I didn't approve.
