I am APPALLED with the service provided by this company. My little brother placed an order for his new business, trusting the reviews and the owner's word. Order was placed mid November with a delivery date of November 30th. Now, 20 days later not only has the order not arrived, the owner has completely stopped replying. My brother is patient and trusting. He has a vision for his business and put his trust in the wrong person. The owner claimed he was sick and my brother kindly responded, trusting his word. However, a quick instagram search done by myself showed that was a bold face lie. Just 6 days ago, the owner was out and about. At the end of the day, what people do with their lives is THEIR business. But to lie to someone about one's own health??? Then to completely ignore someone who has put their company's reputation in your hands?? Now my little brother is scrambling to find someone to fulfill the order. If you couldn't do the work or just forgot, honesty and communication would have been a proper solution. Please do not trust this company. Shame on them.
