Sterling Party Rental

We used Sterling for an outdoor wedding. We rented tents, sides, tables, & chairs.

Sterling Party came to the rescue for my grandson's 1st birthday party! My daughter booked with another vendor who canceled on us the day before the party for set up of a tent, tables, chairs and linens. I called Sterling Party Rental and spoke to Frederick. He was able to deliver all of the same equipment we needed that same day and for a reasonable price!! His crew did a great job and could not have been nicer. I would recommend Sterling Rental to everyone and will be calling them again for our next big party. Thank you, Frederick! You saved the day!!!!

I have used Sterling for two party rental needs so far and would never go to anyone else. They are very reliable and set up and breakdown is white glover service. Highly recommend.

I rented chairs and tables for a party on a Saturday and had confirmation that they would be dropped of on Friday before the party by Irida. On Friday, the chairs and tables were never delivered. I called and was informed that it was an extraordinarily busy day, and that I would receive the delivery on Saturday first thing in the morning. My party was scheduled to start at 12PM, and by 930AM, I had not received a delivery or any correspondence. I reached out to Sterling and no one answered. They have an emergency line that went straight to voicemail. Long story short: the delivery of chairs and tables never arrived. On Monday, I called Sterling to complain and was given a short apology. They were not empathetic at all to the situation. The entire situation was extremely unprofessional. I would NOT recommend this company to anyone. Please stay away and save yourself the headache. There are plenty of reputable other companies around the same price-point.
