They no showed after confirming. Wouldn’t answer calls or text. Do not use them. Their name is completely wrong...undependable movers is more like it

THIS DESERVES NOT A SINGLE STAR!!! HORRIBLE IN EVERY WAY POSSIBLE! Communication, professionalism, and lying about quote/actual charges on day of move. MANY items broken, MANY items never delivered, On the actual day of the move, price DOUBLED and we were held hostage with the choice or moving our items or paying the money. We had to write a check then and there!!! EXTORTION!!! All in all original quote DOUBLED on the day of our move to us owing just under $12,000.00!!!!!!!!!! Moved in May 2020, it is now February 2021. Still missing many items. Still no accountability for missing items and broken items including family heirlooms. Service: Out-of-state move

Dependable movers inc provided us with the best moving experience. Team was quick to respond with an estimate and price was the best. Crew worked very quickly and efficiently, very careful with our items and placed all of our items exactly as we requested. We didn't have to worry about a thing and they exceeded all of my expectations. I highly recommend them and would not use anyone else to move.

Careful with the reviews. I think most are scams. Check the business out on BBB and other review sites and you'll find a more accurate story. I will update this review if things change- -- Hired for Long distance moving and it is sadly some of the worst customer service. They will defer your calls and ignore email and email. Each time I call they say they will send the needed paperwork or provide me with an ETA. Each day they do not and miss each deadline they set themselves. I had a move-in date on 9/1. I am still waiting to hear back regarding when they plan on showing up- no one can give me any answer. I call and email daily. No one responds. They have my items in storage and can not explain nor provide any timeline so I am stuck waiting. It's not even the delay that is the issue as much as the lies and terrible service. Maybe today they will get back to me and I can update the review pending delivery of my items.
