True care so far has been a good experience for me, my therapist billy is the best. it took me awhile to find a therapist to help me through my issues and genuinely listen.

This agency has a new owner and its completely different from before! Ive only had 3 sessions so far but I feel very comfortable here. Definitely recommend!

Worst experience ever! this one woman didn't understand anything I said to her even though I was clear to her. Told her everything bad that was happening and still she didn't really help, for example problems with my mother, talking is a good way of moving but no more which is not good enough, everything is her fault something she waited to say for our next session. As if she was trying to say it was mine, and said two months for me to go to a group home to keep showing up just to talk which isn't fair! When I said no she never asked me why. And when she asked if I punch walls and I said yes she never gave advice to how I can stop it. Its safe to say that they don't really care about you. The more you talk the more a therapist gets paid. Thats she just wanted to keep talking. I'll never go back. And she once said that in the city hall you can birth certificate there which is wrong. Also she asked me if I bang on walls seeing my knuckles. When I said yes she just wrote it down . Never gave me any advice as to how to control my anger. Even though I didnt ask she still should've told me. Its only professional for a therapist to do that. I got up and just left. Never went back. She was stern like an interrogator. I hate therapy now.
