A warehouse that manufacturers of women pocketbooks purses and other types of goods mainly focused on the women and their needs. Also they have a very good group of employees that take pride in their work to be sure that nothing less than Quality goes into the product that they help to put together.

I ordered a purse that I saw on Brad's Deals, Jrl didn't mind taking my money on January 30th 2021 and I haven't heard anything since, do not order from them

Doesn't deserve even 1 star. I ordered a bag on May 12, 2022 at 6:49pm. I then sent an email on May 14th stating i would like to cancel my order and be refunded in full. Christopher Loinaz emails me today May 17th telling me my item shipped on May 12th. Seriously, i ordered it after business hours and never got a confirmation email stating it was shipped. He is arguing with me (not very professional) instead of being honest and doing the right thing. My bag hasnt shipped, yet and i do not want this bag. I highly recommend NO ONE buy from MKF COLLECTION because the people that work here do not care about doing the right thing. I deserve a full refund and my order to be canceled since i reached out to them BEFORE my bag shipped. I ordered in the evening, they were closed over the weekend and today, my item hasnt shown to be shipped. Christopher Loinaz, you are not very professional with your customers and I will not buy from this company again.

I am having a horrible experience with this company. I was sent a bag as a gift, it was sent in the wrong color. It took me a week and having to find JRL imports ph number to get any assistance although I had sent a VERY detailed email with information including original order, pics of the wrong color purse, packing slip, etc. When contacted by Miguel in customer service, he asked for the order number which was highlighted and bolded two lines below in my email! That was a month ago and still NO BAG! The incompetence is astounding. I had to call Miguel to verify they received the returned purse per my tracking. That was two weeks ago!!! I was promised a tracking number for the expedited shipping of the exchanged bag to me because it was originally ordered (and paid) with expeditious shipping. I have sent two additional emails and left a voicemail, and NOTHING! I have a suspicion that they are happy to keep the money and continue to ignore the exchange shipment. I probably will be robbed of the money spent!!!! Do not buy here. Its not worth it! Very sad bc they have decent looking bags but the customer service for MKF purses is a joke and they appear to be thrives!!!!
