Phil and Daniel were an absolute pleasure to deal with. I came across them while looking for doors and moulding for a complete renovation. Through their patience, explanation and education I ultimately bought 17 doors and moulding and will be coming back to purchase the next apartments materials soon. They were both exceptionally knowledgeable, professional, and responsible and made the whole process a pleasure. Daniel is the most patient and thorough person, he helped me over the course of multiple days and was incredibly kind. I had reached out to a number of places to special order a new handleset for my very old and unique front door and none of them were able to help me. I came across Urban Millwork while shopping around for a new front door. The door gallery had a great selection and pricing was very reasonable. The process of choosing a door can be very overwhelming and they honestly made the process very easy. Phil was so patient and great to work with. I would definitely recommend them if in the market for a new door!
