        This is a senior citizen building they keep it very clean and the tenants seem to all get along as a little family and difference cultures Italian, black ,Spanish lives here in Paterson and they have a nice sitting area and food comes in like boxed and can foods and fresh vegetables the tenants can pick from its quite around just the performing arts school sits across the street a small school its nice and tenants has off street parking or they can park on the street if they like the manager there is she is very nice and helpful
