This Walgreens consistently provides poor customer service. Im disappointed to see workers that arent aware of the store promotions and do nothing to rectify the situation. Julio the store manager is not helpful at all. I hope the customer service will improve.

I brought my issues up to Walgreens customer service phone number. I don't think I have to explain much. Extremely dissatisfied.
First, go to the one on Outwater lane. They are extremely reliable and absolutely pleasant, even if something is out of stock or unavailable, they communicate great.
Secondly, the issue is the overwhelming staff at this location. Either staff is unable to accomodate to customers in a timely manner or hire staff that can actually provide Customer Service. It's been kinda draw of the luck if you have a problem.
Lastly, please do not reach out to me about my experience. Mines, along with others who have gave it a poor review should say it for yourself.
But not everyone will have a bad time or unpleasant experience. I understand that in this time and age that the work load and demand is alot, but providing a genuine customer service to us is extremely important for us to continue business. Instead, we are left unattended, no communication, and no help.
