        Staff are very caring showing empathy towards my educational needs. Staff are very friendly polite and courteous. Work as a team to meet your overall needs. I would recommend PCCC to family and friends. The environment is outstanding . I would like to commend the overall staff for there kindness towards myself and each other and a job well done.
