Post op experience Let me begin by stating that this review gets a 1 star for the physical appearance of the salon. However , appearance of a business is NOT everything. I booked 18 post op massages at this business as I had lipo / bbl. The first 3 weeks were great thanks to the workers who were exceptional. However , the longer I was there the more I observed the emotional abuse towards employees. As a woman I am all for women support but I cannot stand for this salon knowing and observing what has been done to staff. Staff who have been overworked and belittled due to their citizenship And inability to fight for themselves. As a client who is a latina woman I cannot invest my money to a business like this. Second - The unethical way things are ran is truly concerning. Due to the staff neglect new staff have been hired with absolutely no real training or certifications in manual lymphatic massages. When i requested proof of the staff who were going to work on me I was given a lot of run around by their receptionist. After so much back and forth the receptionist admitted to me the owner makes her lie about the new staff qualifications and in order for her to keep her job she has to lie. Ladies , post op massages are very delicate and it is a shame that the owner is willing to allow this to happen. I myself have taken cosmetology courses and for sure know this is a state boars violation. I gave the staff a chance to not jump into conclusions but however it was no up to standards . The owner did state everyone starts somewhere but I do not think the same price should be charged and clients should be properly informed the new workers are not fully experienced as it is a disservice to a client expecting good results. The owner has tried to address these concerns with me however its one lie on top of another and I cannot support these types of actions. I have never been the type to leave reviews but if this can save someone else their money and time I hope it does. Do your research ladies if you plan on doing post surgery massages
