        Been here multiple times and never had any issues and have always been treated with kindness BUT recently I have dealt with the most rude and disgusting human being of an employee . Not only was she nasty , but she refused to allow me to withdraw the amount of money I wanted from my personal account . She refused to show me any decent customer service and I had to ask for a manager because of how rude she was and for refusing me my money. After speaking to a manager I was able to withdraw my money , ALL of it . Ridiculous .

        Long wait times, many old ATMs. Many many fees . Terrible service at the 1-800 number. And they're online app is not as good as newer Banks. It's been terrible two years since they bought my old Bank.
