Absolute professionals, these guys worked around a very tight schedule we had moving into our new house and did amazing work. They gave us all the info we could need to make informed decisions on how much work to do to the floors and what finish to choose. The place was spotless when they left I dont think my floors will ever be that clean again. The price they gave us blew everyone out of the water, I felt like I didnt pay them enough. If your having your floors refinished or need new ones install these are the guys to call.

Hired Tri Star to redo the flooring in my living and dinning rooms since and I could not be happier. They did an amazing job and were very professional and thorough while here. I even hired them again to do the flooring in my bedroom and was pleased once again with their work. I highly recommend them to any one needing to redo their hardwood floors and will be hiring them again in the future.

I had my floors done in 2 stages. First I did all my bedrooms to make sure I would like hardwood floors. They did a decent job. The second time I did the rest of my house. I didn’t save the pictures because they were so bad, and I didn’t want to destroy someones business. My husband told them he wanted floor to go under molding. Not only did they not do that but it was 1/4 to 1/2” short. Also the wood was splintered in at least 20 places. Not little splinters, huge splinters. They used the same wood as the first time so I don’t know if they just banged it to hard rushing to get the job done. The first time there were twice as many workers. I called Ron and told him I stopped payment on the check until it was fixed. They sent a guy, who spent the entire day cutting out the splintered planks and had to redo the hallway. I still have a lot of small splintered pieces.I had it done 3 years ago and asked Ron to come and replace the rest of the splintered pieces. I told him I would pay for labor because I had a few boxes leftover. He told me they were very busy and would get back to me. He never did. In the meantime while I’m still waiting for his call back, I had another company come and sand and refinish the entire job. The floor was badly dented in many places. The denting was not there fault. I purchased prefinished flooring which I would not recommend to anyone.

Tri Star Flooring has been installing and finishing; refurbishing; repairing and refinishing old floors for my company (Julie's Interior Designs, Hackettstown, NJ) for 16+ years. Ron and his crew have done countless jobs for me, and in that time I can gratefully state that I have absolutely NEVER had one problem with the quality of their work... Ron will be the first to tell you that I am very picky, and a bit of a PIA when it comes to protecting my clients... The thing is that Tri Star Flooring, they long ago EARNED my trust! These men show up on time, work hard, leave a CLEAN job site and do EXCELLENT quality work, all for very competitive pricing! I'm in business for 29 years and I can promise you that there's precious few companies that I'm doing business with for as many years as I am with Tri Star Flooring!

I hired Tri-Star flooring to redo my existing hardwood and also placed new hardwood in my family room and entire upstairs. Mike one of the owners of Tri-Star flooring was so easy to work with and always available to speak with and anytime. Truly takes pride in his company. There were three different cruise of workers and each one of them was nicer than the other. They were very Professional and trustworthy. For me having floors done was very stressful, I'm a person who doesn't wear shoes in the house and doesn't like mess. I knew that picking the right company to do my floors was very important. I have heard some real horror stories in the past.TriStar flooring was neat, worked in a timely fashion and took care of any problems that may have occurred due to my dog. Yes my dog went on the floors after they were sanded and scratch them up a little bit. Mike was quick to send his crew to take care of the problem at no extra charge. After reading some of the reviews I cannot believe that anyone would have anything bad to say about try Star flooring. Even after having my floors done, someone in my family scuffed up the floor and Mike was quick to tell me he would send one of his guys and take a look at the problem and fix it if you can. Even though it wasn't his fault. I look forward to having them come in the future and take care of any buffing that may need to be done. Mike and Brandon who is as sweet as they come, are number 1 in my book. I highly recommend them to anyone and I will.
