Avoid going to them.. real cheat. You can get the tickets booked yourself in reasonable price rather than getting any help from them. Stay away.

Would never recommend Shivam Travel to anyone. They are Frauds !! We have got few of our bookings done in the past with them which were fine. But during the pandemic in 2020, my parents flight to India was cancelled by Emirates and when I contacted Leena Bhatt for the refund she refused initially saying Emirates does not allow refunds for now due to the pandemic chaos. Later Emirates confirmed that my travel agent can work with them to get the amount refunded. However, Leena stopped responding to our messages and calls and we never got our refund of $1500 back till date ! I wish there was a consumer court where I could complain ! This is fraud !! #Shame

Our trip to India was saved because we choose to work with Shivam Travel. Our flights got cancelled, and there were stringent Covid uncertainty. They helped us navigate to the next flight, and understand the protocol, book flights and hotels. In todays uncertainty world, I would recommend every one to work with a travel agent. Here we got personal service! Thanks!
