It is easy to be good when everything is going good...but show me a manager when all Hell breaks loose. Today everything the could go wrong with my print order, did. A broken print machine, then a lack of communication...then a complete miscommunication...long story short, the manager, Jen, at Staples of Parsippany, took a completely irate customer (me) and made me into loyal customer. She literally had someone drive my print order to different Staples location, print it, fold it , and drove it over to my house....and for all the inconvenience, offered me a $20 coupon. THAT is customer service.

The Staples online printing solution was as good as if I was working with one of your store specialists. My order was placed in the middle of the night and was a step by step walk through to purchase. The options and quality for the print job was better than some of the online printing companies (which could take a couple of weeks to deliver) and when I finalized my selections and checked out, I was told that I could pick up my prints that very day before 12PM noon. I couldn't be more positive that I will from now on do all my printing at Staples!
