Omni Eye Services - Parsippany

Doctor took a personal call while in the middle of my evaluation. He disregarded my concerns for my lack of ability to get a cornea specialist appointment, suggesting that the front office absolutely can help me get an appointment sooner. I tried. Then, I went to check out and a hand came out of the window gesturing for me To give the hand my check-out papers. I did and proceeded to hear a the person on the other end of the hand talking about vegetables on the phone. Terrible experience.

My poor rating is once again due to the excessive waiting time. I have read the reviews of other patients as well as the response from the Omni center. It is always the same. This is not a difficult problem to correct. The problem is that this office does not care about the patient's time. They overbook patients so that not a single minute of the office employees is wasted. 2 to 3 hours of waiting time is a bit excessive. The scheduling staff needs time management training.

The staff is great! Not being seen for more than 1 1/2 hours after my scheduled appointment time was the reason for only 3 stars.

Kind and friendly staff. Knowledgeable doctor. Happy with my first appointment experience. Highly recommend this facility if your experiencing eye/retina issues.
