    Working with MPM has been a great pleasure. My previous billing company would never call our office back whenever our office had questions on the cash flow, outstanding claims, or patient balances. Working with MPM, our office is in constant communications, my front office staff and I are fully aware of our account. I see claims rejections decrease, increase in patient payments and increase in overall revenue

    Our office struggled with maintain staff, keep up with data entry, posting of payments and calling on outstanding claims. We were referred to MPM. After discussing our issues, we decided to join MPM Billing service. The first 2 months our office conjointly worked together forming a workflow\tracking system for both offices. Our revenue has increased, denials have drastically dropped, old claims are getting paid on. I am so re-leaved now at my office. I do not have worry about re-training new employees or wondering if my claims are being submitted. Great office to work with!

    Our office deals with Workers Comp and No Fault claims. We originally did in house billing which was a major struggle to find the right staff was just in possible. Then our office out sourced our billing to a local company. Unfortunately this billing service was not equipped to handle our workflow. I was recommended to Metropolitan Practice Management. Right from the start their staff implemented a work flow that worked for our office and theirs which streamlined our billing process. The main part, our office DOES NOT see TIMELY FILINGS DENIALS any longer! MPM sends out majority of our worker comp and no fault claims electronically and the paper claims all have a USPS tracking number. Our office increased revenue monthly, all claims are paid on timely, plus our staff is super happy with the communication with MPM. I strongly recommend this office to any providers looking for assistance

    Our office switched to MPM Billing Company. Our old billing company did not follow up on Insurance claims, work on EMC rejections or have a tracking system to assure all my billing was being done. After losing money, I happened to reach out for Support on my software and MPM support rep. not only fixed my issues. He noticed claims sitting in a bucket, that were never billed out. I asked him to review my account and he found so many issues that my old billing company was ignoring. MPM never even mentioned they were a billing company since I called for support. I pushed the issue and found out what they do. I worked with MPM for a few weeks on other support related issues, then I asked to speak to the billing manager. At this point, I setup a meeting and moved my office to MPM. Since the move, everything has been great. Great communication, my staff love their staff plus my income has gone up 7 K a month! I highly recommend this office.
