Extremely disappointed. I went to meet with a recruiter at the Parcipanny office. During the interview, I thought it would be a good idea to let the recruiter know that I have an end stage renal disease (which unfortunately makes me receive dialysis treatments to stay alive 3x per week from 530pm to 945pm). She assured me that the job would not interfere with my treatment schedules since the job ended at 4 (I even told her I'd be willing to work longer on nondialysis days to ensure I was able to get my hours and more in) and she would get back to me the next week about the job. Excited to hear back from her we finally touched base after 2 weeks of nothing. She said over the phone due to my inability to be at work during those hours made me ineligible to work there... I asked her for a copy in writing and she refused to do so and kept calling me to try to talk it out over the phone!! She knew that she clearly discriminated me for having a disability hence why should wouldn't give me the reason via email. I will never go back or refer anyone to this organization that discriminates against people with disabilities. If I could give it 0 stars I would!
