Arrogant and Unacceptable Service - Accountant from this firm was working on my tax return. Right from the beginning I was experiencing v arrogant behaviour by this gentleman. He was like do this and do that, too much of ordering to client. I should not have continued. I didnt like the way hes initiated his approach. However I continued to give him my tax return work. His overall work did not meet my expectations because I feel he did not do thorough job on my return. So I decided to not complete my tax filing with him but I should still pay him for his service since he worked on his part. He should get paid for what he deserved and his effort. He charged me 300$ for his service and I didnt have any problem. I asked him to send me receipt so I can pay him but he said I should send him 300$ via zelle. I dont know why he didnt send me receipt. He is yet to give me receipt for 300$. As an accountant he must provide me full receipt of his service. I dont want to trust an accountant who is hesitant to give receipt of his service.

Great service! I did my tax returns through Jagdish and he was great, communicative and helpful through out the process. No errors and very knowledgeable. Will use the service again in the future.

Not only did I avoid a large tax bill, but also I actually received money back from the government, which is a welcome change. You were knowledgeable about common accounting and tax practices, and exhibited a quick grasp of our personal tax position.
