Hard to put into words what Mike and Bridgit did and do to guarantee a satisfied customer but Above and Beyond come close. These two wrote the rule book when it comes to customer satisfaction and I cannot recommend or endorse them higher. The ONLY people you should see Matthew Evans

I recently had 15 windows replaced.  They were Anderson windows replacing older Anderson windows.  After waiting 1 week shy of 9 months they installed my new windows.  When they were done they asked me sign off they they worked.  I would not do that so I signed that I didn't know.  A day or 2 later I realized that some of the windows don't close properly.  I realized that these people either knew they didn't work or didn't even check.  They obviously do not take pride in their work or they would have checked and said it was a defective product that they would repair, instead its been three appointments and I won't see replacement windows or repaired window till March, 3 months since they were installed.  If you get the same installers as me good luck.  What good is a warranty if you can't trust the installers.
