        My 16 year daughter received care from High Focus on 2 separate occasions. She loved the staff there and has been doing much better with her issues. She uses the tools that were taught to her on a daily basis. While my daughter was in treatment I thought the updates on her progress along with weekly parental meetings were extremely helpful.

        The therapist were nice, but honestly it was a waste of time & I only went there because one person said I had to. I was 17 at the time now 34 going on 35 & was there because I had temper issues at the time. I calmed down, but honestly it was more controlled anger now that I look back. I did talk about my problems & in general, it was only helpful short term. In the long run I didn't benefit anything from going there.
