I'm Currently taking the class. The instructor Bob is very Knowledgeable, informative, helpful and have a lot of technical experience. The class aims at preparing everyone to pass the class, but also they pass on the technical experience which you cannot acquire from books. Mike is always available and willing to help. Definitely will recommend inspection 21 to anyone looking to become a home inspector.

I attended this school online and it was one of the most knowledgeable and information packed classes I have ever taken. I've been in the construction and management industry for over 20 years and when I say this class covers it all, it covers it all! I love the way the classes rotate, you can jump in anytime! You don't have to wait for semesters end/start, just grab a notebook and jump on in!. Thank you Mike and the rest of the instructors for providing this service!

I really enjoyed the Inspection 21 course I took late in 2019. The instructors were fantastic to learn from and the field mentors were excellent to shadow. I actually haven't gotten to take the license exam yet (Covid made my current Handyman/ HIC business quite busy), but will be doing so soon and feel adequately prepared to begin inspecting homes based on the education I received by this institution. I'm looking forward to taking the additional courses offered by them in the future as I get started on my new business. Thanks for a memorable experience!

I attended Inspection 21 Home Inspector Certification course and was very happy with the preparation, knowledge and support that was given from all the instructors and from Mike Fitzpatrick the owner. I had many questions along the way to include the State of NJ application procedures during Covid and Mike was one the phone with me guiding me through the process. The 40 hour field training was seamless and had a great experience with the licensed inspector that I used. I would highly recommend Inspection 21 for anyone considering career in Home Inspections.

Well well well, I just passed my Exam today, I want to thank Mike Fitzpatrick for all the help and providing me with a an excellent course. I got an 80% on my exam which is a, 633 scale grade. Inspection 21, is a great school and offer so much help. Mike was great with communicating with me, I know I drove him crazy at times!!!! Thanks again guys....
