Customer service is horrible. I dont know if their employees arent getting paid but they seem pissed off been there. Chicken fingers are getting worse and worse

Very friendly when answering calls and shipping pizzas, they meet the "estimated" time and have staff who answer calls in Spanish and English

Me and my husband love Savino's and have ordered from there many times! Unfortunately today will be the last time!!! We ordered chicken fingers and fries and it was horrible and disgusting and very disappointing from a place that is always great! When we call to say how bad the food was the person in charge for the night was just defending there product and not even trying to hear it. I could understand if the order only cost $15 but it was $30 the quality should have been at least edible but I had to throw it all out! I didn't even ask for $$ back just wanted them to take note of the issue and do better! But since they didn't care enough to do so and just wanted to stand behind disgusting fake chicken fingers and burnt fries, I'm done with them and it's sad cuz they were one of very few great place to order from in town!!!!
