Great doctor and takes her time but expect to wait 40+ minutes at any appointment.

I had an appointment at 8:50 reached at 9:06 The lady at the reception was on the phone for more than 10 min and then she came back to tell me that doctor will not see me because of I was late . I left my home 30 miles away at 7:50 to reach for an appointment but due to a accident reached later . I was surprised at their behavior . There was no one else to check me in at 9:06 when there were other ladies watching me wait there at the counter for more than 10 min .. Do I need to be treated this way .. no Do I need to find another doctor .. yes Is this doctor the only one .. no O well .. very disheartening at the way MS Lisa the receptionist handled the situation with the Doctor
