I wish I could give more than 5 stars because Alex not only met but far exceeded my expectations. He walked me seamlessly through a refinance that I had been stalling on because I didn't think I had the time to deal with phone calls and putting together documents. I really didn't have to do anything - he did all the work for me! Such a pleasant and professional experience. I wish I could give 10 stars for the level of service we received from Alex throughout our entire mortgage process. I could always reach Alex which is very different than my experience with other loan officers. He constantly anticipated what would be requested ahead of time so my processing literally flew by. Can't say enough about what Alex did for my family to assist in making our dream a reality. Looking forward to working with Alex again!

This is my second refinance with Alex and I have had no problem getting a hold of him to answer any questions. He is great at what he does and makes the process smooth. I would recommend Alex to anyone that needs a mortgage.

Alex was initially friendly and ready to assist me with the re-finance of my mortgage. He is very knowledgeable and kept me in the loop for every step of the process. He was always available to answer any questions or concerns that I had. He is very professional and absolutely awesome to work with !!!
