    Tesla service took 5 attempts to fix a common problem on my new Model Y. Their communication system is fundamentally flawed and if there is any small error on their part, they completely fall apart and have no way of tracing it. I have never left the dealership/service on a positive note.

    I cant stress this enough. If you need a car to do car things dont get a Tesla the service is horrendous and takes forever. Most other cars. You can drive it right to the Dealer service center. You can call them they will answer and you can take it to plenty of other mechanics and shops that can fix the issue, the big glass on the roof has a lot of stress on it from the flexing of the car and if any little rock hits it, it cracks it and starts spider webbing out. I think this is a big flaw in the design and should be covered by Tesla. It happened to me and I had to pay for it $3000 for a flawed design that I had to pay for and that many others will have to pay. I was extremely unhappy with this and wanted to speak to a service advisor when I went to pick it up. He had me wait around for over an hour to tell me that Tesla will not cover it. I have to pay for it and that that part of the roof does not see stress he told me only the tiny cross-section of the trunk sees stress, but the giant span of the whole roof doesnt see any stress or flex I think that is extremely unprofessional, disrespectful and disingenuous Now Ive got another issue. My climate control isnt working at all and its 26F outside and I have to drive my kids in a car with heat that wont turn on and the greatest part is I tried scheduling an appointment and its a month out and again you cant contact anyone by phone they wont answer , I cant stress this enough. Any other car doesnt have these issues and there is unlimited amount of places to fix them and if you notice every other car that has a panoramic glass roof has it sectioned to reduce the stress on the glass because every car chassis has flex, there is a reason why every other car sections the panoramic sunroof and doesnt have it in one big piece and a few other cars that do have one piece will probably run into the same issues. Please do yourself a favor and get a car that does car things and that all the mechanics and shops can fix them and the Dealer service department answers the phone and has availability all the time

    I don't' want their complimentary coffee from the lounge area. Hope to find them working instead of wasting their clients' time. The service center put me on hold 30 minutes and then 1 hour on the line for simply scheduling a service for a warning sign from the car. However, the time spent on the phone was totally wasted and unable to make the appointment at the end. These people are so bad and don't find helpful at all.

    I would like to share my experience, so my tires developed bubbles or dimples on the side just after about 2k miles of driving which is not normal. I went to this service center, they told me I need to change them. So I did, I asked if theres a tire warranty from Tesla, they referred me to the manufacturer warranty and gave me back the old tires. Michelin proceeded with my warranty claim And the last step is the needed Tesla service center to give them info, that takes 2 mins, I will attach the info that they wanted. The front desk lady L.H. Denied responding to them or have any tech respond she gave no apparent reason why she does not want to do although it would not take 5 mins to provide a good customer service and give michelin the tire sizes and dot and she told them they tesla disposed of the tires which is also not true. Moreover, she told me that it was my fault because I took a pothole, which is not true and Michelin did not ask whos fault is it, they just needed the numbers. I went to a different tire shop and they were able to provide the appropriate info. My problem is that Tesla does not care about their customers. Michelin decided that the tires were defective and reimbursed me, but Tesla service center tried to make it look like it was my fault.
