Jerk Shack Grill

Ive eaten here twice. The first time I ordered the jerk chicken, which did not taste like jerk chicken in a bad way. I usually always pass this place in the food court and decided to give it a second chance, so the second time I ordered the stewed chicken and thoroughly enjoyed it. With that being said, food here is a hit or a miss. Additionally, the bald heavy gentleman at the counter is often times very rude, poorly dressed (always in a dirty shirt, no gloves, etc.) and has a terrible attitude towards guests. I gave the atmosphere 4 stars because the food is displayed nicely and the decor has a cool island vibe about it. Overall, I would rate 5.5 out of 10. Again hit or a miss.

The amount of salt in this food is INSANE! & the boneless jerk chicken was tough. Unless youre trying to get hypertension & blow up like a balloon along with a series of other health issues, stay far away. My first & last time getting food from here.

Curried goat was delicious. Bald older staff/chef, very unfriendly and rude. Will not return due to his unpleasant demeanor

As a Jamaican, when I order a veggie plate, I expect rice&peas, plantains and vegetables. I ordered a veggie plate online, and selected to have rice&peas and plantains along with it. My order arrived without vegetables, just rice and peas and plantains. When I called to make them aware, instead of making it right, he is telling me that I ordered wrong. Extremely poor on the customer service end.
