From beginning to end I was treated with care and respect. Im so thankful to all the stuff that welcomed me , nurses , embryologist, doctors , anesthesiologist through my same day surgery . You all did an amazing job keeping me at ease thank you for your services

Luckow treats their staff with the utmost disrespect. Employees are forced to work under unfair and cruel conditions. Something needs to give!!!

In 2023, I had cataract surgery performed at Locow Pavilion at Valley Health Plaza in Paramus NJ. The surgery was performed by Dr Kiran Amesur. My surgeries were performed two weeks apart. My first surgery was performed on February 24. Stacia and Cindy took care of me pre-op, Dr Smith was my anesthesiologist and Karen at discharge. My second surgery was two weeks later. Kathleen RN took care of me pr-op, Dr.Ju was my anesthesiologist, Debbie RN, Michele CST at the OR and Jackie at discharge. All of the aforementioned were friendly, courteous and supportive. I felt that I had received excellent care. THANK YOU!

There is a reason I travel from Warwick NY to paramus/ridgewood for healthcare. I am blown away with the care we received today at this surgery center. My 1 year old daughter needed tear duct surgery and every single person here put me at ease and 5 stars for their communication!!! From setting up the surgery to pre op to todays surgery, wow they really went above and beyond to address every concern and explain thoroughly the steps and what to expect. Dr. Bianchi who was recommended to us was amazing, our anesthesiologist, Dr. Westrich was amazing and everyone was so patient with our daughter. The nurses deserve all the praise in the world especially Nancy Moore who went above and beyond for us and our daughter. They even gave her a baby doll and wrapped the baby dolls foot to match her IV bandage. Truly just the best! We are so grateful for their professionalism, great communication, and patient-centered care we received. Bravo, Valley!
