        Everyone at Mountain Valley is professional and kind. Recently, James helped me with a business auto policy (I have other business policies through Mountain Valley as well). Literally, within the week I was set up. No matter how busy they get, they always pick up the phone and reply to an email. All my questions were answered and I was treated like a valued customer.

        Horrible they take 1 to 2 weeks to give us a quote of a home.insurance... Honestly , how can be possible?? This is something will take 5 to 10min to get it in internet, how can they take 1 to 2 weeks to get this?! This is a waste of time to call them and ask!!
