Jim Bush Agency is great. They helped me out with insurance for my vehicle and my home. Madison answered all my questions and was very helpful. She was very patient and informative and made me feel comfortable and confident in my insurance plan.

This agency has handled all.of our insurance needs for.many years. We have always been happy w the service and guidance we received. When we moved out of state there were a lot of questions, changes and new needs. We worked a Madison Fox thru the transition. She always responded in a timely manner and was well informed when we needed information each and every time. She answered all of our many questions with pleasure and made a challenging move just a bit.smoother. I highly recommend this agency AND working w Madison in particular. She took.customer service up a few notches:)

Do not use Jim Bush as an Agent. Jim was my agent and never informed me that State Farm was dropping my coverage due to two not at fault accidents in which they have all of the documentation showing this. I was told there was a letter sent to my house which was not certified to ensure I received it. Jim did not call me, email me or try to contact me in any way to inform me of what was going on. The only reason I found out I had no insurance because my bank was asking me to upload my renewal documents. I was driving around without car insurance for three weeks without knowing. After hearing of this news, I called Jim and left him a voicemail. Jim did not call back. I emailed Jim, he did not reply. Instead, someone in his office called me and said there was nothing they could do. I asked to file an appeal and was told Jim would call me the next day to go over the appeal process. I received no call from Jim so I emailed the other rep who called me the day before. She finally responded by saying they filed the appeal without me and I was denied. They did not even give me the courtesy of speaking with them to go over the appeal. From someone who is in sales and works in the business, Jim is highly unethical and irresponsible. If I were a customer looking for a good insurance agent, Jim Bush would not be someone I would use.
