First time I went there and I love this place! They make everything fresh there and they let me try any flavor I asked. I personally like that they have dairy free options as well. Great addition to the mall

I got the white chocolate pecan flavor and I loved it. I got the to go and my italian family and they all enjoyed it a lot. The ferrero flavor is out of if this world.

I just went earlier tonight to get some mango gelato and it tasted terrible. Normally it tastes delicious but the recipe got changed. I asked the cashier for a refund or at least an exchange and she got angry that I didnt have my receipt. She never gave me one in the first place or even asked me if I wanted one. I told her if she could check the past transactions or check the cameras since she thought I got the receipt (even though I didnt). Overall, it was a bad experience.
