It was such a great experience! The furniture quality is so good. The stuff was very friendly and helpful. Especially Tugce was so kind and helped a lot to choose the right furniture for our house. Thanks for everything :)

We purchased a Brita sofa set and a dining table set in October. However, the sofa set has been defective from the beginning. Despite acknowledging the products defects, they did not assist us in any way. Every time I called, maybe 3-4 times, they kept postponing and making excuses. In reality, even giving this company one star is too generous. The company doesnt even stand behind its product. Customer service is nonexistent. The product quality is abysmal, and its a disgrace.

I give Dogtas 5 star, the design, quality, material, texture, pricing are on point. The style is very unique and it is not your typical cookie cutter furniture. Affordable luxury. I want to give a special thanks to my salesperson Ms. Inci Yesilirmak, she was great, very patient with us, very accommodating and didn't make me feel rushed. I loved her professionalism and specially the Turkish coffee she offered us. Thank you so very much for making my house feel like a home
