This place is a joke!! Dr Shamash and Dr Turk are both very culess. One says one thing and the other says another.. Staff is always standing around chit-chatting half the time so you're always just waiting. And when they do address you it's with an attitude.

Unorganized and incompetent. My son chipped his tooth. I called this office and made an appt to get it fixed. I called 3 times prior to the appt to confirm insurance. I wake up early on my only day off to bring him in and they tell me they have him scheduled as a cleaning and no one ever confirmed my insurance. They want to charge me in full for the services. Absolutely unprofessional and waste of time. I am beyond pissed.

Cant say enough about how great this office is. Its clean, organized, ran timely and most importantly all of the staff are so patient and caring with my son. They do a great job working with children!

Took our daughter to this dental office for cleaning and the service was terrible. Our 6 years old daughter was nervous and started crying and the nurse was treating her like adult commenting that what she was doing was not painful. Children can get anxious even if there is no pain and most doctors/nurses know how to soothe or distract them but this nurse was rude which made our daughter even more nervous. The doctor came in and tried to distract her and do the cleaning a bit. She was nice. But overall, our daughter was not treated right and didnt not get the cleaning that we paid for.

Horrible experience, keep your kids safe and stay away from this place. My 6yrs old needed a root canal and a crown, which they did only for her to develop a tooth abscess the next day. We came back and the only option was to remove the tooth. Despite being assured that the worst-case scenario would be a quick extraction, the experience turned into an agonizing one-hour-and-a-half ordeal for my daughter. Her distress became evident when she started displaying stress hives, prompting me to insist on stopping the procedure. Shockingly, we left with two pieces of the tooth still showing that can only be removed with further surgery. They still charged us in full for both the crown that lasted two days and a FAILED extraction! Let alone the fact that my child is now traumatized for life.
