This is for the Aerie Store.
The worst customer service. This is exactly why I just rather shop online. When you ask someone here for something its like you are bothering them to do their job. I asked for a particular size, they said they would check. I patiently waited in the store and no one got back to me. The store was empty and there were multiple employees in the store. I went back and asked again and I was told that they did not have it. The item in the size I wanted was on the mannequin and I asked if I can try it on. The response I received was so rude and with an attitude. I was told that I need to be sure that Im purchasing it before they take it off the mannequin. I was not allowed to try it. I asked if I can at least see the item off the mannequin before I purchase it and I was told no. I will never be going back.
