        We have been taking our cars to Mr. Tire before it was even Mr. Tire. We have been good customers for years. I made an appointment for an oil change and tire rotation. I dropped the car off in the morning and returned 2.5 hours later and it was still not done. The clerk at the desk told me he had a lot of walk ins which they did before my appointment. He kept making excuses instead of owning up to the mistake and then even blamed me for causing the delay. We will never recommend or use this company again.

        I have been getting an oil change there for maybe a year now (when I can remember to get an oil change) The guys there are super professional. I have one little problem though, I was quoted after an oil change for new tires and new break pads. I was going to get it done by my mechanic in Howell. I called Mr Tires yesterday and the tires alone were almost $850 not including the breakpad or installation fee. I know really nothing about cars, but I do know I have had my tires of different hondas that I had replaced and it was not anywhere near $850.00! You are not saving anything, and I know different tires have different prices and I was quoted way cheaper at two other places in brick! Nothing personal against Mr. Tires but that seems extremely off.... needless to say I am going else where.
