Been going to this office for quite some time. Since its become part of the Hackensack Meridian system, the overall service has changed for the worse. I go online to request a refill on prescriptions, no one responds. I send a message to have someone look at my refill request, someone reads it, but no one responds. I called the office to follow up and the office is supposed to be opened until 5:30pm. Called around 4:40. After a few minutes, someone answered the phone, but to find out it was the main switch board, not the office. The operator tried calling the office, no answer. Then, she sees a memo saying that the office closed at 2pm today. This is not the first time this has happened. I understand that they might be short staffed, but to wait over a week for a prescription refill is inexcusable.
