PLEASE READ EMAIL FROM ME TO FRIEND TREE SERVICE: Im extremely disappointed with your business practices. My neighbor (whom the tree belongs to) paid her portion of the bill. Once I was informed that they were at my property I left work so I could pay the balance. Instead some lady ( not Olivia) told me that nothing was paid and the bill couldnt be split. I rushed to the bank and withdrew cash to pay the workers, to find out once they left that half payment was already given. I requested 475.15 to be returned in cash today. I than spoke with Olivia and she informed me that they could refund my neighbors money back to her card and I can get money from her (thats not how this is going to work) My neighbor did her part , I did the entire cash price of $875.00 Now its your responsibility to give me 475.15 in cash. Lets not make this a legal issue. I expect my monies to be returned by end of business day tomorrow 12/8/2021 btw: JOHN stated that he would not be able to give me cash (but he took cash from me) but instead give me a check.... called yesterday 12/8/21 to see if he has sent the check, no he hasnt.. I'm so frustrated.... **BEWARE JOHN IS A CROOK DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY**** Service: Tree trimming & pruning

I started doubting any of them are experienced arborists that climb or can do manual removals. We had someone come out assure us they can complete a tree removal that was in a very tough spot. Day came and they determined they're unable to do it due to the crane not being able to get through. They quoted us at 6K and a regular tree service quoted us 3K. Me thinking they upcharge because they will manually climb to remove it if necessary.. they ultimately decided they couldn't do the job. I inquired with someone who is a climbing arborist in another state and he assured me that arborists should be able to climb and do the job if necessary. Don't bother.

Haven't heard back from them since I had them come to give me an estimate on tree work.
