Wish there was no stars option avail.The lady manager at this facility is very professional,she refers to paying Customers as "you guys"as if we don't "Choose "to do business with Uhaul.Furthermore she's dicrimitary on who or not to wave first time fees for.Just a disgusting and disturbing experience,definitely wouldn't do business with tthis facility.

Worst location, it says they closed at 6pm or 7pm I went Sunday at 5:20pm. I drove 1hr to get there and the door was closed the lady that was supposedly working that day didnt even care that people was outside trying to returned and I was try to rent a trailer. If you have a time to close make sure the people that you hired close at that time. That lady look like she didnt want to work she was inside her car waiting for the time to pass.

Update: The place is still short staffed. To top it off theyve increased weekly rental rates for a smaller truck 20 cents a mile; and on weekends they put the price up 60 cents per mile. Which increases rental pricing significantly and the reasoning was to aid with the high demand on rentals. That is insane considering the place is still short staff and trucks arent properly taken care of. So lets get more money from the customer and provide less quality. Old review: The young woman who helped me was great. However this location theres never enough help, customers are left waiting, and the trucks arent always kept up. There is one truck gas was spilled into, a newer truck, and they still have not had the truck properly maintenance to remove the strong odor. This doesnt take into consideration the long process to actually even rent a truck. They over charge various times and I have to call each time to get it fixed. The staff needs more help. The trucks need to be maintained better, half have censors that go off too. Im not sure what the standard is but this is not it. Ive been renting trucks here since last summer and this has continued to be the same problems. (Ive rented over 20 times).
