We have two terrible reviews from people who contracted us to perform work in their home. They are from a husband-and-wife team who could have avoided any and all problems on their job if they would simply have abided by the terms of the clearly-written, single page contract they signed after two meetings with Ms. Singh, who was acting as her own GC. We never met Mr. Johnson.When they became unreasonable in their requests for additional work at no charge, the responsibility of which clearly lied with their carpentry contractor, they threatened us with 1-star reviews on all social media platforms which they posted, retracted, and re-posted as part of their negotiation strategy. On the last of several days of trying to accommodate them and their “contractor”, our crew was sent away when we arrived because they weren’t ready for us. This after Mr. Johnson called our office cursing at our office staff, insisting we had to be there or they’d post yet another 1-star review. As for Ms. Singh’s comments, after the job started, our only contact with one another was via email and text, so we are at a loss regarding the personal insults she directed towards us, and won’t dignify them further, other than to stand firm against extortionary tactics, personal attacks, or any other malicious intent such as this. Toro Plumbing and Mechanical, LLC has been very fortunate to have great clients who appreciate the service we provide and are very forthcoming about how satisfied they’ve been with the knowledgeable and courteous interactions our office and field staff members continuously provide.
