This firm was referred to me by a colleague, a blessing I believed when I sat in the office and paid the $3500 fee I was assured the team was well- equipped to handle my case, it was within the first week a red flag a young lady by the name of Nicolette had begin communicating with me, I submitted documents, after reaching out and following up I was told oh she just helps out she doesnt work for the firm. #1 During my trip/ hearing preparation the attorney goes fly fishing in Canada and Im chasing office clerks daily trying to make them aware I have a Court hearing emergency #2 I then speak to Santola and this human that has taken the oath to provide legal aide ethically explains to me what he is reading on paper looks like counsel did this and did that never acknowledge the facts that Im asking be addressed #3 No follow- up no calls No wins no cares I have field a ethical report on this form and will continue to pursue it because the lack of care the loss of time and inconsideration and lack of is truly unacceptable they were paid yet failed to uphold the ethics morally of a counsel to defend a client in Justice More red flags and still no follow- ups no cares I do not believe that one that has the role of representing someone in an unknowing state In circumstances that have. Life altering effects on ones life such role is unjust for one to hold and the mere motivation is money once paid all else is irrelevant. I wish I had read reviews first before being so humbly grateful for the referral.
