        Sinceramente confiaba en ellos, las ultimas veces tuve problemas con una cadena que les compre rope chain me han cobrado 3 precios diferentes por el mismo trabajo, precios elevados que son absurdo y la lleve a otro jewlry a chequear y dicen que no le han echo nada, evidenciando cobros absurdos. Sinceramente no la recomiendo perd la confianza

        I visited for a battery replacement in my watch. The owners are amiable and welcoming. The worker changed the battery within 5 minutes for a reasonable price. I will return for a watch repair and purchase jewelry. The store has a wide range of gifts from which to choose. I highly recommend this neighborhood store.

      Hello Mr. Miguel Angel I sincerely apologize for this, rope chains can be easier to break as their link isn't as strong as other chains and the regular price to fix rope chains are 25$ to 30$ but what I can do for you is refund you what you paid for to fix it last time and fix it for free. If next time you buy a chain for us and it breaks for some reason come back to us and let whoever is attending you know you bought the chain from us so we could lower the price 5$ or even 10$ since you bought the chain from us and once again I apologize for this and when you can stop buy to get your refund for what you paid for the repair.
