I usually give new businesses the benefit of the doubt when I don't know much about them, but this is not the case. I was actually referred to Turano agency through my previous car insurance agent and was completely dissatisfied. The Turano agent I was assigned to was completely unprofessional not only spelling my name wrong, but had grammatical errors in his emails along with him telling me he was "not good with technology" (meanwhile it's 2016). I was expected to put down a $400 deposit without being told the full parameters of my plan. As I was in the midst of researching other car insurance companies, I was then requested to pay for the copy of my motor vehicle report when I had never requested one nor signed any contract to commit to Turano. Let's just say I was happy to not use Turano as my car insurance company.
